Does This Sound Like YOU?

Your Digestive System Feels Like a Rollercoaster.

You never know how your stomach is going to feel after eating—even a “healthy” meal leaves you bloated, uncomfortable, and sometimes looking six months pregnant by the end of the day. You’ve cut out foods, tried different diets, and googled endlessly, but nothing seems to make a difference.

You Feel Like You’re Always Running on Empty

Despite how much sleep you get, you wake up feeling just as tired as when you went to bed. You rely on multiple cups of coffee just to make it through the day, and by mid-afternoon, you’re fighting to keep your eyes open.

Your Periods Are a Monthly Battle

When it’s that time of the month, you brace yourself for the usual chaos—painful cramps, heavy bleeding, mood swings, and exhaustion. Your cycle is unpredictable, sometimes showing up early or late, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with it makes you feel out of control. You’ve tried birth control, supplements, and everything under the sun, but nothing seems to bring relief.

You Eat Healthy, Work Out, but Still Struggle with Symptoms

You’ve cleaned up your diet, cut out processed foods, and stick to your workout routine, but no matter how much effort you put in, the results just aren’t showing. You’re still battling bloating, fatigue, mood swings, and stubborn weight that won’t budge. You’ve been told by doctors that everything looks “normal,” but you know deep down that something isn’t right.

Imagine This:

=

Waking up every morning with energy that lasts all day—no more relying on caffeine to get through the afternoon slump.

=

Looking in the mirror and loving your clear, glowing skin, knowing your body is balanced from the inside out.

=

Enjoying your meals without the fear of bloating or discomfort.

=

Having predictable, pain-free periods that don’t take over your life every month.

=

Feeling grounded and calm, even in the face of stress—because your body is working with you, not against you.

=

You’re clear on where to focus your time, energy, and resources—your routine works smarter, not harder, and you feel confident in every choice you make for your health.

=

You no longer waste time or money on supplements and quick fixes that don’t work. Instead, you have more time and energy to spend on the people and activities you love, without the constant cycle of googling your symptoms or guessing through DIY solutions.

It’s possible with the right approach!

This program is not just another protocol – it’s a guided path that helps you stop chronic inflammation, reduce symptoms, decode those symptoms, and uncover the causes.

I want you thriving, not just surviving.

HTMA Test + Consultation

This is for the self-starter who wants a comprehensive analysis of their minerals and a clear action plan but doesn’t need ongoing support. HTMA testing provides the insights and a plan you need to get started on your own.

Why HTMA?

HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) looks at your body’s mineral levels, nutrient deficiencies, and toxic metals. This test helps us understand what’s been happening in your body over the last few months—blood tests often can’t show these deeper, long-term imbalances.

HTMA gives us insights into:

  • Your metabolism
  • Thyroid and Adrenal health
  • Hormone balance
  • Blood sugar balance
  • Adrenal function
  • Nervous system state
  • Stress levels

What’s Included:

  • 1 Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)
  • A comprehensive analysis of 300+ symptoms
  • In-depth review of your health history, nutrient deficiencies, and a detailed evaluation of your food and mood journal
  • 1-hour results call to review your results and recommendations
  • Specific action plan tailored to you, including nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations
  • In-depth analysis of your report and action plan in digital form
  • Discounts on supplements
  • Discounts on a retest

How HTMA can help:

HTMA can give us answers that explain why you’re struggling with:

  • Fatigue and feeling drained all the time.
  • Bloating, constipation, digestive issues, or weight that won’t budge.
  • Anxiety, mood swings, or feeling “tired but wired.”
  • Irregular periods, PMS, or low libido.

*Important Note

While HTMA testing is a great starting point, I typically recommend ongoing support and accountability for long-term healing and optimal health. Without it, many people struggle to follow through on the action plan and end up missing crucial foundational steps in the correct order.

If you’re truly ready to commit to deeper healing, ongoing guidance might be a better fit for you. However, this HTMA consultation is a perfect choice if you’re confident in implementing the plan on your own.

FAQs

What is Nutritional Therapy?

It is a holistic approach to health that focuses on finding the root cause of your symptoms. It utilizes a nutrient- first approach to address the imbalances in your body, with therapeutic supplementation as needed. Nutritional Therapy utilizes nutrient-dense, properly prepared whole food, lifestyle changes, stress mastery, and targeted supplementation to optimize your health. Nutritional Therapy does not use a “one size fits all”, but rather uses bio-individuality. It is not a fad diet, meal plan, magic pill. Instead, it is a positive, permanent, and sustainable lifestyle change.

What if I want to work with you longer than 6 months?

Healing is not linear and for most people will take longer than 4-6 months. Healing takes time, dedication and effort. This is why I do not offer packages shorter than 4 months.

The years of wear and tear on your body most likely won’t be solved within 4 months. This is a journey. Your symptoms are a representation of years and years of stress, neglect, and abuse on our bodies and most of the time unbeknownst to us, starts as early as the day we were conceived. Its the consistency that matters.

My goal is to always give my clients as many tools and resources as possible to set them up for long-term success. I also want my clients to be able to take what I teach them and continue their journey with confidence on their own.

For continued support and accountability, programs can be re-purchased at a special re-sign rate.

Are results guaranteed?

I get it, investing can be scary! I understand the fear that is coming up.

While I am very confident it the transformation Nutritional Therapy can provide, the success of the program depends on the client’s commitment and implentation of what they learn.

It would be unethical of me to guarantee specific results. If any coach guarantees results,  I would be skeptical.

Can I afford this right now?

We look at the cost of hiring a coach, but we don’t look at the cost of being in the same place 6 months from now.

Investing can be scary. I have invested in my own health for years- with multiple practitioners! I understand 100%! I have even invested into business coaching.

Nothing is going to change, if you don’t change.

I would encourage you to dig deep and get curious on your mindset around money. Is it the money or something else you are resisting. If you would like to contact me for an extended payment plan, that is always an option!

How is HTMA different from blood testing?

HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) looks at the long-term picture of your mineral levels, giving us insights into your body’s health over the past 3-4 months. Blood tests, on the other hand, only show what’s currently circulating in your blood, which can fluctuate daily.

With HTMA, we can see deeper imbalances that blood tests often miss because blood is tightly regulated to maintain normal levels, even when your tissues are depleted. This makes HTMA ideal for uncovering hidden deficiencies and imbalances that might not show up on standard blood work. Blood tests are helpful, but HTMA goes beyond the surface to detect the root causes of symptoms like fatigue, bloating, anxiety, and hormonal issues.

What functional lab tests are available

In our program, the Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is included as a standard part of your assessment.

Other functional lab tests such as DUTCH (hormone testing), GI MAP (gastrointestinal health), and thyroid panels are available for an additional fee.

I believe in the importance of judicious testing. Therefore, I only recommend additional tests if the results could potentially alter the recommendations I make for your health plan. This approach ensures that you are not incurring unnecessary costs for tests unless they are likely to provide critical insights that will influence your treatment strategy. This is because many effective interventions can be implemented without these tests, and if a test won’t change our course of action, it’s often better to focus resources elsewhere.

What is an HTMA?

HTMA stands for Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. It is a functional test that shows mineral status and loss over the last 3 months. It is performed by providing a small sample of your hair which gets sent to a lab to be tested. It shows mineral ratios, heavy metal load, and metabolic type. All of the information can give us insight into how well you thyroid and adrenals are functioning, how fast or slow you burn through minerals, how well your digestion is working, and how you respond to stress.

What is a DUTCH test?

The DUTCH test, which stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones, is an advanced assessment that evaluates not only sex and adrenal hormones but also melatonin and their metabolites. This comprehensive approach allows us to understand symptoms of hormonal imbalance by providing a complete picture of your hormonal health.

For instance, consider a scenario where your free cortisol levels are low, yet your total cortisol production is high. Free cortisol is the form that is bioavailable and used by your body’s tissues. A high total but low free cortisol suggests robust production but reduced bioavailability, indicating an issue with cortisol utilization rather than production. Using licorice root in such a case, which typically increases cortisol levels, could actually worsen your symptoms. Without this detailed testing, such crucial distinctions would remain unidentified.

What is a GI MAP test?

The GI MAP test is an at-home stool test that provides a comprehensive analysis of your gut microbiome. It screens a wide range of microbial targets including pathogenic bacteria, commensal bacteria, opportunistic pathogens, fungi, viruses, and parasites, alongside immune and digestive markers. This test is crucial for understanding the intricate landscape of your gut health.

Gut health is fundamentally linked to hormonal balance. Imbalances in the gut can be significant stressors on your body and may manifest as fatigue, low libido, mood swings, skin issues, brain fog, and various digestive symptoms. Additionally, efficient fat digestion and absorption are vital since your sex hormones and cortisol are synthesized from cholesterol. Poor fat absorption can lead to hormone deficiencies. By analyzing your gut environment with the GI MAP test, we gain valuable insights into potential gut imbalances, liver detoxification efficiency, inflammation, and the overall health of your immune system. This information is essential for anyone seeking balanced hormones and optimal health.
